The basic design concept is great. I was so excited to get this organizer. I had been storing my crochet hooks in a pencil case but my collection no longer fit. However, the slots for the hooks only hold the slim metal variety. I purchased a whole set of Clover Amour hooks and none of them fit into the slots. Furthermore, none of my I, J, K hooks fit either. I have managed to put most of my crochet stuff in the organizer, but my favorite hooks are just jumbled in the side pocket instead of being easy to access.
I so wanted to love this crochet organizer, but the slots are just too narrow.
The holes are all too small where you’re supposed to put your crochet hooks, had to take a seam ripper to it to widen the holes myself otherwise it’s unusable.
Holds all my hooks and more! Nicely crafted and sturdy.
I do love this organizer. The color is perfect and the storage pockets are something I really like. The only problem I’m seeing is that these were made for your basic metal hooks with no give. You could use a seam ripper and adjust to your liking but I hate having to do that considering how much I paid for this.
